HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO DELIVER?
We offer Royal Mail free delivery on all orders in the UK, Standard delivery 2-3 business days.
- Free Royal Mail next day delivery available for orders above £65
- For next day delivery with Royal Mail there is a charge of £6
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
We offer next day with ROYAL MAIL if ordered before 4pm Mon-Fri *excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands (these are placed on a two-day service). We also offer Royal Mail which can take 2-3 business days.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you do not receive your order, please contact our support team at support@kasipro.com straight away and they will be able to help you. Please contact within 7 days of not receiving your parcels as this ensures an investigation is opened with the courier and will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
WHAT IS THE CUT OFF TIME FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY?
The cut off time for delivery is 4pm Monday to Friday.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
 With Royal Mail you would have to contact them once they send you information. You can also change settings for delivery on their app. We at KASIPRO cannot change addresses after the order has been placed.
I WANT TO MAKE CHANGE TO MY ORDER
We aim to get your orders out as quickly as possible, so once your order has been placed, our customer support team is unable to make any changes to your order
Even if you contact us immediately, our fulfilment team are continuously processing orders so it is not guaranteed that a member of our customer care team can reach your inquiry before the order is shipped
