If you have received a defective product or if your product has broken due to a manufacturing defect, we will of course help you.

If you wish to make a product complaint, contact our support team with the following information:

  • Email address
  • Order Number
  • Customer name
  • Product name
  • Attach picture

You can make an exchange if you wish. Please make it clear on the return form online the item number/colour/size you require and we will process that for you.

All sale items are subject to your returns policy. This means sale items can only be exchanged for another item of similar value or eGift Card credit.

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend any orders already confirmed and this includes price matching items that were purchased for full priced but are not on sale.

Yes, you can return items bought with a gift card for an exchange or refund back onto the gift card.

Products purchased from a KASIPRO event will be refunded with store credit in the full amount. We don’t provide cash refunds for products purchased at events. If you wish to return something from a pop-up store, please contact Customer Support.

Discount codes cannot be applied to items that are automatically discounted.

If a discount code doesn’t work can depend on the following reasons:

  • Discount codes cannot be combined and you can therefore only use one discount code at a time.
  • You cannot use a discount code on sales products.
  • If an old discount code is still active and you want to change, you have to clear cookies/history and reload the page.
  • Don’t forget to press “OK” to activate the code.
  • Check if you are on the right country website, all codes do not work on all countries Websites.

In most cases, yes. International orders may incur customs duties and taxes, which are payable by the customer.

Import taxes, customs/duties are enforced by local Governments and are not controlled or imposed by KASIPRO, or our chosen freight provider.

If you are unsure whether this is applicable for your destination country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information. If an order is refused based on the import tax, customs/duties, it will be returned to sender (KASIPRO) and refunded.

  • The refund amount does not include the original shipping cost.
