WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will accept any item, unworn and still tagged, back to us within 28 days. Your order postage amount will not be refunded. If an item is marked as Final Sale, this item is non-returnable. Underwear cannot be returned as due to hygiene.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you have not created an account and checked out as a guest you can open an account now with the same email address you used as a guest and you will have access to the portal.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED ITEM?
You can check whether we have received your return by checking the tracking of the parcel you have returned through the Royal Mail/ other courier website. We can take 7-14 days from when you send back the parcel for the return to be processed.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY MONEY AFTER 7 DAYS?
If you have received an e-mail stating we have refunded you then it can take 3-5 business days to reach your account. If you have not received your refund by this time and you have received the confirmation e-mail, then please contact your payment provider.
HOW MUCH WILL MY RETURN COST?
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
